If you are required to pay your insurance excess directly to Dak-Wal, there are a number of ways in which you are able to. Hand a signed copy of the Completion Form to your Dak-Wal supervisor on-site or at one of our locations.

Pay Your Excess
If you are required to pay your insurance excess directly to Dak-Wal, there are a number of ways in which you are able to. Pay online using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Our BSB and Account details are found on your contract.

Call us during business hours on 1300 325 925 and pay via Credit Card over the phone

Visit one of our locations and pay your excess in person.

Note: If you are insured with Suncorp, GIO, AAMI, APIA, Shannons, Vero, Resilium or CIL you are required to pay your excess to your insurer. If you are unsure of the procedure we encourage you to contact us or your insurer for further information.
